The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and stand mixer, opens onto the dining area and invites you to indulge in some serious cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washer-dryer, iron and beverage refigerator. The first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the guest toilet are also situated on the ground floor.

Uniquely, there is also an astronomical observatory on the grounds, which you can gain access to if you can prove that you that know your way around a telescope, for example by presenting a membership certificate from an astronomy club older than 2 years.
