Dur&eacute;e du contrat<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>Le pr&eacute;sent contrat entre en vigueur d&egrave;s l&apos;envoi de la confirmation de r&eacute;servation. Le contrat de location pour le logement concern&eacute; par le pr&eacute;sent contrat est conclu &agrave; la date indiqu&eacute;e dans la confirmation de r&eacute;servation. L&apos;heure de Check-in la plus t&ocirc;t est 16h00 le jour du d&eacute;but de la location, l&apos;heure de Check-out la plus tard est 10h00 le jour de la fin de la location.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>Pass&eacute; ce d&eacute;lai, le contrat de location prend fin de plein droit, sans que le bailleur ne doive envoyer un avis de r&eacute;siliation au locataire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>IV. Les clients ayant r&eacute;serv&eacute; moins de 30 jours avant la date de check-in seront int&eacute;gralement rembours&eacute;s pour toute annulation effectu&eacute;e dans les 48 heures suivant la r&eacute;servation et au moins 14 jours avant la date de check-in. Ensuite, un remboursement de 50 % sera effectu&eacute; jusqu&apos;&agrave; 7 jours avant la date d&apos;enregistrement. Ces deux &eacute;tapes dans la location du logement font l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un inventaire pr&eacute;cis, dont les documents qui s&rsquo;y rapportent sont &eacute;galement joints au pr&eacute;sent contrat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-family:\"Aptos Display\",sans-serif;'>VII.
